Welcome to se3.org this site is a look into the past five years in my professional carrer as a applications developer. Through the years I have been involed in many exciting projects using my graphic and technical skills. Though my primary foucus has been on web based application development I have a passion for graphic design. This passion for design and my unique technical skills have lead me to employment at a advertising agency. I now do every thing from write Coldfusion, Perl, PHP, ASP, ActionScript and Visual Basic to designing/laying-out web and print graphics and logos to administering and mantaining servers and workstations.

Through the years I have developed many applications and many times, as I did with the scrolling layers on this site, I use code developed by others. Most of the time because it's more cost effective or it saves me time not having to reinvent the wheel. That's why this site is also dedicated to free no license ever code that you can use however you want.
